Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Lock Shop Pick Up Location: Front Lobby, Facilities Operations, and Parking Services (FOPS) Complex
Key or card access Requests are submitted Electronically through ARCHIBUS
Log into ARCHIBUS to Submit a Room Access Request.
After logging into ARCHIBUS using your NinerNet Username and Password, select Key Management and then click on the Request Room Access task after selecting the New Key Customer role.
Training on the new Key Customer role is available in Canvas.
If you need assistance with entering an ARCHIBUS Key Request or have other ARCHIBUS questions, you may contact Pamela Duff, Facilities Information Systems (FIS), at 70552.
