Emergency requests include water leaks, broken windows or doors, or similar items to be dealt with immediately. For emergency requests during standard business hours, please call the FM 311 Customer Service Team at (704) 687-1311 (open 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, M-F) instead of sending an email or online ticket.
If it is after hours, or you are dealing with life-threatening situations, please contact Campus Police at (704) 687-2200.
