Bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:00 p.m. in Room FM206 of the Facilities Management and Police and Public Safety (FMPPS) building (subject to room availability) (#55 on the campus map – hhtp://facili-ties.uncc.edu/maps) located at 9151 Cameron Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28223 for the furnishing of labor material and equipment entering into the construction of:
Friday Building
UNC Charlotte
Charlotte, North Carolina

Project consists of roof coating on Friday Building.
Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.
Please note that any bids delivered to the UNC Charlotte Facilities Management, Capital Projects
must be received by 8:00 a.m. on bid day. After that, all bids will need to go to bid opening location.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for all interested bidders on December 14, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Room FM206, Facilities Management and Police and Public Safety (FMPPS) building (#55 on the campus map – http://facilities.uncc.edu/maps). The meeting will ad- dress project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. After the pre-bid meeting, there will be a site visit to go over the project scope and location.
