Robinson Humidity and Boiler Replacement

This project will perform work on existing HVAC systems in Robinson Hall to control humidity in critical spaces. The majority of this building’s systems are original and have surpassed their expected life cycle. Airflow monitoring to be added to buildings AHUs throughout in addition, this project will replace end of life boilers, including one currently leaking. This will improve the building’s ability to provide heating to the building. It will also include a full TAB of the building.
Dubois Center Energy Efficiency Controls Upgrade

This project will include the replacement of the Dubois Center HVAC Controls. The majority of the building’s systems are original and have surpassed their expected life cycle. The project will include energy efficient controls strategies to improve the overall energy efficiency of the HVAC system as well as people counters that will control building ventilation. Pre functional testing of HVAC and control systems in design for system deficiencies and fully rebalance the system.
Grigg Hall – HVAC Controls Replacement

The scope of the project includes replacing mechanical control elements associated with existing pneumatically controlled systems, and control elements associated with spaces requiring critical air control in the Grigg building on the UNC Charlotte campus.
University Pond Enhancement Project
