An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on July 20, 2026, at 3:30 pm at the FOPS Building, Room 123A, 9643 Poplar Ln, Charlotte, NC 28262.

Project Description:
The project consists of the construction of a storm control management facility known as Burson SCM. Burson SCM is a bioretention cell system located on Craver Road, adjacent to the Popp-Martin Student Union and includes hardscape plaza spaces to support pedestrian gathering and educational opportunities.
