Friday Classroom Renovation

Bids are due by 3:00 p.m., May 12, 2026.

Bid location– Facilities Management Building, #55, Room 119, 9151 Cameron Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28223 at 3:00 pm.

An non mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on April 28, 2026, at 2pm at the Friday Building, Room 307, 9209 Mary Alexander Rd, Charlotte, NC 28262

Project Description:
The scope of work includes renovation of existing tiered lecture classrooms within the existing Friday
Building, located in the academic core of campus (building #35 on the campus map –
https://facilities.charlotte.edu/our-services/maps/printable-campus-maps/ of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Existing tiered lecture
rooms will be renovated and converted into active learning classrooms for 72 students each.
