An pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on  January 21, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Facilities Management and Police, Building 55, Room 119 which is at 9151 Cameron Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262. (campus map – http://facilities.charlotte.edu/maps)

Project Description:
Replacement of existing shingles and membrane on Wallis Hall, a dormitory at UNC Charlotte. Work will be performed over the summer of 2025.
