What’s Going On:
Sidewalk at the northeast corner of Atkins next to the cooling towers will be closed.
When:
Thursday, January 8, 2026 8:00 AM to Thursday, January 8, 2026 5:00 PM
What to Expect:
– Sidewalk will be blocked off by cones.
– Boom Truck will be on site.
– Employees will be directing traffic around the closure.
Why:
Contractors will be making repairs to the cooling towers.

What’s Going On:
Air Compressor down outside of Automotive J building.
When:
Monday, January 5, 2026 9:00 AM to Wednesday, January 7, 2026
What to Expect:
– Temporary interruption with getting air.
– Will not be able to get air at this time.
Why:
Air compressor currently not working

PLANNED POWER OUTAGE FOR MCENIRY – McEniry
What’s Going On:
All power will be shut down to tMcEniry
When:
Friday, February 6, 2026 6:00 AM to Friday, February 6, 2026 8:00 AM
What to Expect:
– Limited power to only those circuits and equipment that are generator backed, all other power will be off.
– All life safety and emergency equipment will remain fully functional during the test.
Why:
To test the generator, ATS, and associated systems for operational reliability.

Restroom closure FM/PPS 100A, 100D.
When:

What to Expect:
– Restrooms will be closed Monday, January 5th through Monday, January 12th.
– Floor crew equipment and technicians will be present.
– Restrooms will be blocked off including signage.
Why:
To complete floor restoration.

STUDENT UNION ACCESS CONTROL SOFTWARE UPDATE – Popp Martin Student Union
What’s Going On:
The building will experience temporary access limitations.
When:
Wednesday, January 7, 2026 8:00 AM to Friday, January 9, 2026 5:00 PM
What to Expect:
– Exterior doors will be open during the transition.
– Interior locks on access control will be offline.
– Those in the building may experience temporary access issues.
