What’s Going On:
The building will experience temporary access limitations.

When:
Wednesday, November 5, 2025 8:00 AM to Thursday, November 6, 2025 5:00 PM

What to Expect:
– Exterior doors will be open during the transition.
– Interior locks on access control will be offline.
– Those in the building may experience temporary access issues.
– After 24 hours if you are having access issues please submit a request at the link below: https://services.help.charlotte.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/NewForm?ID=zOBr09zEdnk_&RequestorType=Service

Swapping panels in building to new access control software.
