ATKINS LIBRARY CLOSURE & ELECTRICAL INTERRUPTIONS – Atkins

What’s Going On:
The Atkins Library will be closed and inaccessible to all faculty, staff, and students.

When:
Monday, May 11, 2026 12:00 AM to Sunday, May 17, 2026 11:59 PM

What to Expect:
Several large-scale power outages in the building lasting up to 24 hours each, including outages to the life safety systems in the building.

Why:
To facilitate major electrical upgrade/modernization work within the Library.
