Building Envelope Repairs – Multiple Buildings

Bids are due by 11:00 a.m., March 10, 2026.

Bid location– FMPPS Building-9151 Cameron Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28221 at 2:00 pm.

An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on February 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Friday Building Room 302 (9209 Mary Alexander Road, Charlotte, NC). The pre-bid meeting is mandatory.

Project Description:
This project consists of the miscellaneous building envelope repairs at three buildings on the campus of UNC
Charlotte. Repairs at Kennedy, located at 9214 South Library Lane, Charlotte, NC, include brick and CMU repointing,
concrete repairs, sealant replacement, and installation of metal caps. Repairs at Friday, located at 9209 Mary
Alexander Road, Charlotte, NC, include sealant replacement and brick repairs. Alternates at Friday include loading
dock and retaining wall repairs. Repairs at Storrs, located at 9115 Mary Alexander Road, Charlotte, NC, include
sealant replacement, brick repairs, and EIFS replacement. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated, or
reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first-class job.
