Kennedy Hall Roof Replacement

Bids are due by 1:00 p.m., April 6, 2026.

Bid location– FMPPS Building Room 119 -9151 Cameron Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28221 at 2:00 pm.

A pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on March 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Kennedy Building, 9214
South Library Ln, Charlotte, NC 28223, Room 301B.

Project Description:
The scope of work includes:
a. Work for this project will occur during summer break.
b. Roof Area 01.01: Remove existing roof assembly down to the concrete deck.
Install a new lightweight insulating concrete system and a fully adhered
fleeceback PVC membrane.
c. Roof Area 01.02: Remove existing roof assembly down to the concrete deck.
Install a new lightweight insulating concrete system and a fully adhered
fleeceback PVC membrane.
d. Screen Wall: Remove and dispose of existing screen wall panels. Clean, wire
brush and paint existing steel screen wall structure. Install new hat channel
and metal flush panel system on existing screen wall frame
