Balfour Beatty Construction will be accepting sealed bids from only prequalified 1st tier subcontractors for the following trade packages; EP1 23A HVAC; EP1 23B Test & Balance; EP1 32B Pavers, until 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2018. Bid Opening will be in the Cone University Center, Room 111.
