In coordination with the University's Central Human Resources Department, the Facilities Management Human Resources (FMHR) Unit oversees talent acquisition, new employee orientation, learning and development, performance management, employee recognition and time and attendance for Facilities Management. FMHR staff members also provide guidance in the areas of position management, HR policy and procedures, employee relations, and leave administration.
