FM 311 serves as the first point of contact and conduit for information between FM customers and the appropriate work unit(s) in Facilities Management.

WHAT ABOUT AN EMERGENCY?
For all emergencies during standard business hours, please contact the FM 311 customer service team at 704‑687‑1311 (open 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, M-F).  If after hours, or life-threatening, please contact Campus Police at 704‑687‑2200.
