Engineering provides our campus partners with engineering consultation, management of utility metering systems, infrastructure system life-cycle management and supporting a number of other complex project management initiatives and projects while working in partnership with other FM units and campus partners. Comprised of a team of professional engineers, program managers and technicians, the Engineering team provides engineering support and services in the following areas:
  • Mechanical, civil and electrical engineering consultation
  • ​Energy management (utility meters and billing)
  • Stormwater management
  • Reclaimed Water System management
  • Sewer system management
  • Building Retro-commissioning
  • Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Facilities Conditions Assessment Program (FCAP)
  • Building Automation System (BAS) Controls Shop
  • Design & Construction Standard Development
  • Infrastructure Systems Project Planning & Design Review
