Upper Prospector Renovation – Notice to Bidders

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST in Room 123 within the McEniry Building (Building 20) (campus map – http://facilities.charlotte.edu/maps) on the UNC Charlotte campus.

Project Description:
The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company (Construction Manager) will accept sealed bids for UNC Charlotte Upper Prospector Renovation located on the campus of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Bids will be accepted from only pre-qualified 1st tier subcontractors for the following bid package:
06A Millwork and Wood Finishes
08A Doors, Frames, and Hardware
08B Storefront and Windows
09B Tile and Flooring
09C Painting and Wallcoverings
10A Signage and Graphics
11A Food Service Equipment
14A Elevators
22A Plumbing
