A new five-story, 147,000 SF residence hall is under construction in South Village near SoVi dining hall. The residence hall features nearly 700 beds in traditional double rooms supported by shared bathrooms, study lounges, laundry rooms, and multi-purpose rooms.
The steel structure has been erected, concrete slab on deck is being installed, and interior walls are being framed. The contractor is working to address material and equipment delivery delays to keep the project on schedule. Construction will be complete in July 2023.
