Removal and replacement of the existing ductwork will address indoor air quality issues. IT Infrastructure upgrades including new CAT 6A cabling and new IT equipment are included in the project. Renovation of two existing research labs and modification of the existing research lab exhaust system are included in the project scope.
The project is in construction. Construction on floors 2, 3, and 4 is complete. Windows are being replaced and will be complete in December. Faculty and staff will move into offices in December.
