What’s Going On:
The second floor of the FM PPS building has experienced flooding.

When:
Tuesday, July 7, 2026 5:00 AM to Tuesday, July 7, 2026 6:00 PM

What to Expect:
– This affects the following rooms: 200, 200A, 200B, 200C, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210 and 223
– Expect wet carpet and cautions signs
– Equipment extracting water, power cords and crews working.

Why:
Heavy storm rain water debris has blocked the gutter drain system causing the water to enter into the building.

Cleaning of walls, precast, and pavers as needed.

When:
Tuesday, July 7, 2026 6:30 AM to Wednesday, July 8, 2026 3:00 PM

What to Expect:
– McMillan Greenhouse area through to the Friday loading dock.
– Soft wash & pressure washing equipment will be in use.
– Maybe a slight bleach smell.
– Please avoid these working areas during this time.
Affected Buildings:
* Friday
* McMillan Greenhouse

Why:
To clean and maintain precast, knee walls, and pavers.
