FACADE REPAIRS FOR KING BUILDING AND MEMORIAL HALL
Bids are due by 2pm on August 28, 2025.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00pm on Thursday, August 28, 2025, in Room 206 of the Facilities Management and Police and Public Safety (FMPPS) Building located at 9151 Cameron Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28262, for the construction of Facade Repairs for King Building and Memorial Hall at which time and place bids will be opened and read.
An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Tuesday, August 05, 2025, at 10:00am at Room 141C of Memorial Hall, 8905 University Rd., Charlotte, NC 28262.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project mainly consists of building enclosure repairs at the King Building (Base Bid) and Memorial Hall (Alternate Bid). Bids will be received for single prime contract type. All proposals shall be lump sum.
