Upper Prospector Renovation Pre-Qualifications

Submittals are due by 5:00 p.m., July 3, 2024.

Project Description:
The scope of work for this pre-qualification process is for the various bid packages for the
renovation of the Upper Prospector Dining Area at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte
campus.

Contractors/Vendors are invited to pre-qualify for the following trade package(s):

06A – Millwork and Wood Ceilings
07A – Roofing
08A – Doors, Frames, and Hardware
08B – Storefront and Windows
09A – Drywall, Framing, Ceilings, Specialties
09B – Tile & Flooring
09C – Painting and Wallcovering
10A – Signage
10B – Specialties
11A – Food Service Equipment
14A – Elevators
21A – Fire Protection
22A – Plumbing
23A – Mechanical
26A – Electrical
