UNCC Popp Martin Student Dining Renovation

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Construction Manager, will accept sealed bids for UNCC Popp Martin Student Dining Renovation located on the campus of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Bids will be accepted from only pre-qualified 1st tier subcontractors (see attached list).

Bid Opening – Sealed bids will be received by hand and publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM EST on Tuesday September 20th, 2022 in FOPS (Building 92) Conference Room 123A (campus map – http://facilities.uncc.edu/maps) on the UNC Charlotte campus. All bidders will be provided a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation to observe the bid opening via video conference. Access to the video conference will begin at 2:00 PM on the 20th for those who wish to attend.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held Wednesday, September 7th, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST in Room 265 within the Popp Martin Student Union Building (Building 69) (campus map – http://facilities.uncc.edu/maps) on the UNC Charlotte campus. A Microsoft Teams meeting invitation will be sent out for the project overview, schedule, bidding procedures, and forms – however, please note that attendance is highly encouraged for full review of existing site conditions to take place after the initial call.

All Pre-Bid RFIs are due to Whiting-Turner NLT Thursday September 8th, 2022 at 5:00 PM EST.
