Balfour Beatty will be accepting sealed bids at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2019 in Room 210B of the Cone University Center (#5 on the campus map – http://facilities.charlotte.edu/maps) on the UNC Charlotte campus, from prequalified 1st Tier Subcontractors only (see attached list) for the following bid packages; BP-01A Final Cleaning; BP-06A Millwork; BP-07B Roofing; BP-08A Doors, Frames & Hardware; BP-09E Painting; BP-10A Specialties; BP-10C Glass Canopies; BP-12A Window Treatments; BP-14A Elevators; BP-32A Hardscapes; BP-32B Landscaping & Irrigation.
