Sanitary Sewer Repair and Replacement (South Village)

Bids are due by 2:00 p.m., February 19, 2026.

An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on February 4th at 2pm in Facilities Management & Police Building (FPPS) Room 206FMPPS 206 at 9151 Cameron Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28223.

Project Description:
The project includes the construction of the rehabilitation and replacement of sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure serving the South Village area of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte campus. Major elements of work include installation of new gravity sanitary sewer, replacement of manholes and drainage structures, cleaning and CCTV inspection of existing sewers, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, manhole rehabilitation, and associated surface and site restoration. The project also includes a bid alternate to replace the Scott Hall access drive.

All hand delivered bids should be delivered to the address written above and placed in the brown bid/
proposals drop box located in the 1st floor lobby of FMPPS building 55.
