**UPDATE** Re-bid 21-A Fire Suppression (FINAL RE-BID)

The 21-A Fire Suppression bid package will have a final re-bid next Thursday, October 23 @ 11AM (EST). Drop off of bid packages is available starting at 10AM (EST) until the deadline at the updated bid drop off location. If a trade partner prefers to drop off earlier at the DPR office, please notify what day and time you plan to drop off next week for confirmation of receipt.
Bids will be received in Room 119 of the FMPPS Building, address 9151 Cameron Blvd, Charlotte NC 28221

PreBid: Your firm is invited to attend a prebid at UNC Charlotte Burson Building, 9006 Craver Rd. Charlotte, NC 28223 in Room 116 on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 2pm (EST). Attendance is not required BUT strongly encouraged. Visitor Parking is available at the Union Parking Deck (GPS Address: 8755 Student Union Ln, Charlotte, NC 28223)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
DPR has been selected as the CM at Risk for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Burson Renovation and Expansion. The project includes project-based engineering labs, active learning classrooms, collaboration space and specialized data visualization and simulation labs to support growing engineering and computing programs. Computational research space, academic and administrative office space will be included in the building. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-protection systems will be upgraded. The College of Engineering and the College of Computing and Informatics will be the primary departments located in the building.
