Cameron Roof Replacement

An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on February 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM in McEniry Building, Room 105 located at 9215 MARY ALEXANDER RD, Charlotte NC 2822323. (campus map – http://facilities.charlotte.edu/maps)

Project Description:
This project consists of the replacement of the existing roofing system(s) at Cameron Hall on the campus of UNC Charlotte. The building is located at 9010 Craver Road in Charlotte, NC. The scope of the project includes removal and replacement of the existing roofing assemblies, including insulation, associated deck patching, flashing and sealant work, and repairs at the rooftop screen wall.
