Project Description:
Sanford Residence Hall, built in 1969 with 106,096 gross square feet, and houses 500 students.
The facility is in South Village area of the UNC Charlotte Campus. It is eleven stories and has
a ground floor. The project is to abate and demolish the building and landscape the area of the
building footprint to create more open space for the South Village student community.
