New Atlantic Contracting will be accepting sealed bids from prequalified 1st Tier Subcontractors only until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2020 for the following trade packages; 01A General Trades (Carpentry, Masonry, Window Treatments, etc.); 02A Demolition & Asbestos Abatement; 09A Gypsum Wall Board Assemblies; 09B Hard Tile; 09C Acoustical Ceilings; 09D Flooring (Carpet & Resilient); 09E Painting; 21A Fire Protection (Sprinklers); 23C Mechanical (HVAC & Controls); 26A Electrical; 27A Communications.
A non-mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held via Zoom Video Conference at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2020.
