Project Description:

The scope of work for this pre-qualification process is for the various bid packages for the renovation of the Friday
HVAC & Electrical Renovation at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte campus. The procurement process will
follow the State Construction process and the project designer is McKim & Creed.
Contractors/Vendors are invited to pre-qualify for the following trade package(s):
01A – Site Services
01B – Final Cleaning
02A – Demolition
10A – General Trades
23A – Mechanical
23B – Mechanical Test & Balance
26A – Electrical & Fire Alarm
