Upper Prospector Renovation

Project Description:
The project will be a comprehensive renovation of dining facilities in the 200 level of the Prospector
building. This will include interior demolition and new interior construction of approximately 16,700
square feet. The project includes a new layout with new food venues, seating areas, finishes,
lighting, replacement of food service equipment, replacement of mechanical, electrical distribution
and exhaust systems.
