Denny HVAC & Electrical Upgrades and Barnard AHU Replacement – Update

Accepting submittals for Design and Construction Administration Services until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 9, 2013.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2:30 PM on Thursday, March 21, 2013 in Storrs Building, Room 110.

This update is in lieu of a formal addendum. No further updates or addendums will be posted prior to submittal receipt.

The building square footage for Denny Building is approximately 33,415 sf.

Combined square footage for all buildings (Denny, Barnard, Garinger, Winningham, and Macy) is approximately 105,300 sf.

The updated budget for this project is $975,000.

The revised scope deletes the Barnard Building AHU replacement and now includes replacement of the fire panel in Denny and upgrading fire alarm devices in all buildings listed above.

No building plans (CAD or PDF) will be made available prior to submittal deadline as this selection is a qualifications based selection.
