Balfour Beatty Construction, Construction Manager, will accept sealed bids for final packages from pre-qualified 1st tier subcontractors.

Sealed bids will be received by 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 29th, 2014 in Room 210, Cone University Center on the UNC Charlotte campus.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 15th, 2014 in Room 113, Cone University Center.

The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but attendace is highly encouraged. The list of pre-qualified subcontractors is provided in this advertisement.
