Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 AM EST on Thursday November 10th, 2022 in FOPS (Building 92) Conference Room 123A (campus map – http://facilities.uncc.edu/maps) on the UNC Charlotte campus. Bidders will be provided a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation to observe the bid opening via video conference, by request. Access to the video conference will begin at 11:00 AM on the 10th of November for those who wish to attend.
