Parking Deck Restoration 2026
Submittals are due by 2:00 p.m., July 23, 2026.
Project Description:
The proposed project is for the design and construction of repairs to (4) parking decks – Union, CRI,
West and North. Findings are based on a 2025 condition assessment report. The report will be shared
with the firms shortlisted prior to interviews. Repairs include but are not limited to concrete spalls and
crack repairs, PT tendon repairs, repairs of the rotated wall spandrel, install new traffic coating at entry
and over construction joints, expansion join replacement, waterproofing, replacement of stair treads and
minor mechanical/electrical/plumbing/fire protection. The design team will work in coordination with
Parking and Transportation Services and other campus stakeholders.
All submittals should be delivered at the address below and placed in the brown bid/proposals drop box
located in the 1st floor lobby of FMPPS building 55.
