Wallis Residence Hall Roof Replacement

Project Description:
The proposed project is for the design and construction of roof replacement for Wallis Hall located on
the UNC Charlotte campus. The current roof is fiberglass class A asphalt shingles approximately 46,500
square feet. Roof replacement will be determined in design to be accomplished within budget.
