UNCC Popp Martin Student Dining Renovation- ADVERTISEMENT FOR REBIDS

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Construction Manager, will accept sealed bids for UNCC Popp Martin Student Dining Renovation located on the campus of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Please note that this is a re-bid following the original 9/20/2022 bid date.

Bid Opening – Sealed bids will be received by hand and publicly opened and read aloud at 2:30 PM EST on Thursday September 29th, 2022 in FOPS (Building 92) Conference Room 123A (campus map – http://facilities.uncc.edu/maps) on the UNC Charlotte campus. Bidders will be provided a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation to observe the bid opening via video conference, by request. Access to the video conference will begin at 2:30 PM on the 29th for those who wish to attend.

Bidders who will not attend the Bid Opening need to ensure their sealed bids are delivered no later than 1:30 p.m. September 29th, 2022 for Bid Opening to the following: Mailed Proposals:
