Friday HVAC & Electrical Renovations Pre-Qualifications

Submittals are due by 5:00 p.m., June 24, 2024.
Project Description:
The scope of work for this pre-qualification process is for the various bid packages for the
renovation of the Upper Prospector Dining Area at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte
campus.

Contractors/Vendors are invited to pre-qualify for the following trade package(s):
01A – Site Services
01B – Final Cleaning
02A – Demolition
10A – General Trades
23A – Mechanical
23B – Mechanical Test & Balance
26A – Electrical & Fire Alarm

Completed Pre-Qualification packages should be submitted to:
