Bid Opening - Sealed bids will be received by hand and publicly opened and read aloud at 2:30 PM EST on Thursday September 29th, 2022 in FOPS (Building 92) Conference Room 123A (campus map – http://facilities.uncc.edu/maps) on the UNC Charlotte campus. Bidders will be provided a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation to observe the bid opening via video conference, by request. Access to the video conference will begin at 2:30 PM on the 29th for those who wish to attend.
Bidders who will not attend the Bid Opening need to ensure their sealed bids are delivered no later than 1:30 p.m. September 29th, 2022 for Bid Opening to the following:
