UNC Charlotte is soliciting bids from single-prime contractors only for the Softball Locker Rooms & Offices project.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM EST, March 16, 2023.
Bids will be received on April 18, 2023 until 2:00 PM EST.
Sealed bids will be received by the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Charlotte, NC, up
to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2023 in Room 119, FM-PPS Building (# 55 on the campus
map – http://facilities.uncc.edu/maps)on the UNC Charlotte campus and immediately thereafter
publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment for the:
Softball Locker Rooms and Offices
SCO ID# 21-24047-02A
The project consists of a new 1 story building housing offices, a locker room and team room
for the Softball team. The site is adjacent to the existing Wells Fargo Athletic Building.
The project will provide needed space for locker rooms, coaching staff offices and
meeting space, training room, and equipment storage for the softball team. The facility
is anticipated to be approximately 5,000 gross square feet.
Visitor parking is available at LOT 26 adjacent to FM-PPS Building accessed off of Poplar
Lane .
Bids will be received for Single-Prime contract from licensed General Contractors only.
Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is a requirement for submitting a bid.
All proposals shall be lump sum.
